Comments:

Have moved quite a bit..living in Rhode Island,Conn.,N.Y.,N.J.,Ohio,Vt.,Hawaii and Florida.
No, not military...just a bit of a vagabond. However, have now settled in Florida where I work as an LPN.,taking care of children with special needs.
My husband, Ron and I enjoy traveling, sailing, and scuba diving....when we get the chance! My other loves are my two beautiful children and my three adorable grandchildren. My daughter Sarah is an R.N. who is married to a wonderful policeman and they reside in Upstate N.Y. My son, Sam lives in Florida and remains a bachelor!
Hope to retire one of these days, but believe it will be another four years before we can think about that. In the meantime I will continue with my nursing and Ron will be either driving his long-haul truck or flying airplanes,as he has done for over 50 yrs!
Hard to believe I have not stayed in touch with anyone from Somerset High since I graduated in 1964. I was pretty quiet way back then and not even sure anyone would remember me. However, it would be nice to hear from some of my 'old' classmates. It definately has been a long time and I am anxiuos to know how others have made out in this crazy life.

To all those classmates who attended our 50th Class Reunion.......thank you for a most memorable evening! It was wonderful connecting with so many former graduates.....and although I didnt recognize many of you, I felt the warmth and friendliness of the "kids" I remember from so long ago!
A special thanks to Jean Sousa, Sherry, Donna, Allan, Andy, Charlie and Bob! Oh yes, and to my brother Jack, who was kind enough to be my " date" for the evening!
The Class of 1964 is comprised of a remarkable group of individuals.....and I'm glad I got the opportunity to say "hello" at least one more time.
Love and thank you to one and all!!!!!

Hi Sherry! Just had to let you know what a great time I had at the reunion. As Andy mentioned, you were easily the most recognizable there. The only regret I have, was not knowing you better during our HS years...... Because you are truly one fun and amazing girl!
Thanks for helping to make this reunion such a great success!

Hi Jean! It was such a pleasure reacquainting myself with so many of my former classmates.
You were the perfect hostess and look wonderful!
I am so glad I decided to attend.....I truly had a blast! What a great job all the members of the committee did. Kudos to them,
Looking forward to seeing the pics and comments from the 50th......I nominate it as a major success!

Hi Paulette.....thank you for saying "hello". It's been great hearing from some of my former classmates. What interesting and diversified lives we have experienced over a 50 year span.
You have most certainly lived a very interesting life. Like you, I love experiencing new places.....unfortunately work does limit the time my husband and I can spend traveling.
We have taken some time out to visit some beautiful places. Most especially New Zealand, a country I've been intrigued with since I was a little girl. We also took 2 months off from our busy schedules to travel cross country in our 5th wheel. That was truly a remarkable vacation.....our National Parks are incredible.....and we only saw a fraction of them! Love the good old USA!
You can do a lot over 50yrs and even though we work hard, we have had many memorable moments! Still there is much I want to see and do. And, I guess, one of those things would be to return to a Somerset, Massachusetts to attend our 50th Class Reunion! Hope to see you there!
BTW.....in the picture with the three "girls"......as you're looking at it, the one on the far left is my daughter, Sarah....she is an RN.....she is training for her 1st full marathon, and gone through two "Tough Mudders". That's my girl! My sister Sarah is in the middle and graduated from SHS in 1966. She lives in California and is an acupuncturist, she also is an adjunct professor and teaches dance at Lavere University. I'm the one on the right. :-)

Hi Richard.....with our 50th Class Reunion being discussed, I am starting to connect with people I haven't seen or heard from since graduation. I have never attended a reunion but I'm beginning to give it some serious consideration.
I was interested in your profile because I lived in Hawaii for a couple of years in the early 70s. My son was born at Kapiolani Hospital in 1975..... and I worked at the Straub Clinic during that time. I truly loved Hawaii but found it difficult to live so far from my parents and siblings, and ended up moving back to the mainland. I did return a few years ago and although noticed some changes found it just as enchanting as ever.
Nice to say hello to a fellow graduate of SHS, Class of 1964. Take care.

This is a photo of my daughter, my sister and myself in Syracuse about a year ago. Love visiting upstate NY in the winter time.......but only for a limited amount of time. I'm pretty addicted to the warm weather and sunshine these days!

Have been hearing all about the 50th HS Reunion. I have 2 trips planned this year, so not sure I could make it up North.....but I would love to try. Will continue watching for dates and maybe I could squeeze it in somehow. I am still working, taking care of a 93yr old gentleman......although I actually did retire for a couple of years. However now I'm committed to this job for a while. Hello to all my classmates......hope to see you soon!
